Delete your account

This page explains how to request account deletion in the Ahojo app, and exactly what happens to your data once you do.

Delete your account in the app

Open the app
Launch Ahojo on your iPhone or Android device and sign in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Profile or Settings
Open your profile or settings area, then find the account management section.

Select Delete Account
Review the deletion information and confirm your request. Your account is then scheduled for deletion.

When you request deletion, your account is scheduled for removal rather than wiped immediately. You have 90 days to change your mind.

You can still log in and use your account during the 90-day grace period.
You can cancel the deletion request at any time before the 90 days expire.
After 90 days, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Your profile and personal information, including name, phone number, address, and profile photo.
Your saved service preferences and account settings.
Your in-app chat history and support conversations tied to your profile.
Booking history details that are not required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or operational compliance.

Transaction and payment records required for financial, tax, audit, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Service fulfilment records needed to resolve disputes, reconcile with vendors, or meet legal obligations.
Anonymised or aggregated analytics data that no longer identifies you personally.

Account deletion becomes permanent and irreversible after the 90-day grace period.
If you have active bookings, quotations awaiting payment, or unresolved support issues, please resolve them before requesting deletion.
If you cannot access the app, contact support and we will help you complete the deletion process.
